What's the difference between bespoke and standard items?
Standard items are ready-made with our signature designs. Bespoke items are customized just for you with personalized embroidery, unique text, logos, or artwork of your choice.
Can I send you my own artwork or logo?
Absolutely! We can work with most image files (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI). We'll review your artwork and let you know if any adjustments are needed for embroidery.
How much does custom embroidery cost?
Pricing varies based on design complexity, stitch count, and size. Simple monograms start around $15-25, while detailed logos or artwork may be $40-75+. We'll provide a clear quote before any work begins.
Do you accept returns on custom items?
Since bespoke items are made specifically for you, we can't accept returns unless there's a defect or error on our part. We'll share a digital proof before production to ensure you're happy with the design.
Can I order multiple custom items with the same design?
