What is the difference between a bespoke request and a custom order?

Bespoke requests are designed for custom embroidery and personalized monogramming. Custom order requests are typically used for handmade leather goods or handcrafted leather gear customization. For either the handmade leather goods custom order form or this bespoke embroidery/monogramming form, the request is sent to us. Don't worry if you are in the right place. The important part is that we start a conversation. Other things are just details we can collect through the process.

What's the difference between bespoke and standard items?

Standard items are ready-made with our signature designs. Bespoke items are customized just for you with personalized embroidery, unique text, logos, or artwork of your choice.
Absolutely! We can work with most image files (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI). We'll review your artwork and let you know if any adjustments are needed for embroidery.

How much does custom embroidery cost?

Pricing varies based on design complexity, stitch count, and size. Very simple monograms start around $20+/-, while detailed logos or artwork can be higher. We'll provide a clear quote before any work begins.

Do you accept returns on custom items?

Since bespoke items are made specifically for you, we can't accept returns unless there's a defect or error on our part. We'll share a digital proof before production to ensure you're happy with the design.

Can I order multiple custom items with the same design?

Yes! Bulk custom orders (corporate gifts, events, etc.) are welcome. Contact us for volume pricing and faster turnaround options.
